Today I have another wedding story to share with you, one about how you can get married very close to home and make it beautiful!
This couple lives at one of the beaches here in the Leiria area, which is a beautiful place to walk, spend a few days on holidays and they decided it would be the ideal place to get married too!
They decided to do their preparation a bit differently from many other brides and grooms, they both got ready in their home, they put aside the stress of not seeing each other during that preparation and they even helped each other get ready, besides having their friends and family around too.
The ceremony took place at the very colorful Hotel Cristal Praia da Vieira which has a central garden surrounded by typical beach houses. In that garden, the civil ceremony was punctuated by the words from friends of the couple that managed to make many of the guests emotional.
After the ceremony, the bride and groom cut their cake, which showed a tiny bit of news from the couple. (Bonus points for those who can figure it out!)
At the end of the afternoon, we took a walk around the hotel grounds and on the wooden walkways close to the beach to get their portraits and I know that one of those is already on its way to a wall in their home! :D
The guests that were around 50 made it a big celebration with the help of 3D Eventos, and the younger guest really shined on the dancefloor!
